Fergie insists she`s not "psychotic" about food
The Black Eyed Peas singer says that while she watches while she eats, she will allow herself the occasional treat and won`t worry about it.
She said: "I`m one of those girls who`s not psychotic about what I eat. I`ll watch what I eat, but I`ll let myself cheat once in a while, too."
As well as following a sensible diet, Fergie maintains her stunning figure by doing regular exercise.
She said: "A little bit of play and a little bit of work, but always make sure you get your workout in. It`s about being healthy but still having fun."
However, Fergie - who is married to actor Josh Duhamel - says she`s not concerned about her figure at the moment as she is putting all her efforts into the house she shares with her handsome husband.
The pop star - who is having a career break - told Life & Style magazine: "I want to finish decorating my home head to toe and finish my closet. It`s a long, long process putting the female touch on the house!"
